Integra are experts in removal of trespassers from private land. We will serve notice on the unwanted guests and carry out the relevant risk assessment. This gives the trespassers 24 hours to vacate. This is normally all that is required and most move on after being served notice. If however an eviction is required we have the High Court Enforcement officers and security services to effect removal as quickly as possible.
Includes initial visit to serve notice along with full risk assessment.
We will then liaise with you should the trespassers refuse to vacate the land and further Enforcement is required
There is no requirement for the landlord to apply to court. If you are a commercial landlord that has a tenant with outstanding rent arrears. Integra are able to collect on your behalf. This is a totally free service to you our client with all fees paid by your tenant. We can attend within 24 hours of your instruction

Lease forfeiture is a way of repossessing a commercial property after the landlord/tenant relationship has broken down. This will allow the landlord to take back ownership of the property so that no further loss of rent is suffered. This is a very fast process and can be carried out by Our Enforcement Officers usually within 24 hours of your instruction.
This common law remedy is a very quick and effective solution without the need of making an application to a court. On completion of our online form we will peaceably enter the premises usually within 24 hours, change the locks and display the correct notices of forfeiture as required by law.
Our Forfeiture of Lease service includes making and providing the client with an inventory (written and photographic) of all goods on site within 24 hours.
